Bio
I’m João Victor, a software engineer at Google. I have a Computer Science degree from Universidade Federal de São Carlos.
During my professional career I’ve dabbled in a variety of languages and technologies. Most of my recent professional work has been creating new Supervision APIs in the Android Open Source Project. I also have extensive experience creating back-end services, did some light UI work using Google internal frameworks, and created a new version of Family Link in Flutter.
The languages I’m more comfortable with are Kotlin, Java, TS/JS, C/C++, Rust, Python. Dart is somewhere in this list. And I recently started to use Go for some personal projects.
